Alma Ata University (UAA) collaborated with Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Thailand. The MOU text was signed at the PSU Center Campus in Hatyai, Thailand by the UAA President Prof. Dr. Hamam Hadi, MS., Sc.D., Sp.GK. and Vise the President of PSU for International Relations, Prof. Dr. Pattara Aiyarak on January 25, 2018. Present at the signing delegation from UAA included the Vice President for Academic, Vice President for Admission and Student Affairs and several top Managements and Deans of several Faculties at the PSU.
It is stated in the collaboration that the cooperation between two universities will include promoting (1) individual contact with the possibility of scholarships for students and lecturers, (2) research, education and culture, (3) exchange of both students and lecturers, (4) join research and symposiums, (5) joint study programs and (6) curriculum development and learning material.
Through this collaboration, the President hopes that the acceleration and implementation of UAA cooperation in the Southeast Asian region in particular can run faster. HR development and the Exchange Program are specifically referred to as one of the excellent programs within the scope of this collaboration.
