Alma Ata University, under the direction of the Rector, conduct a benchmarking visit to Malang Islamic University in an effort to expedite the university’s accreditation as a top-tier school and its pursuit of becoming a World Class University. Malang Islamic University was established in 1981, giving it a significant head start over Alma Ata University and excellent institutional accreditation.
The Alma Ata University delegation consisted of 30 people, including the rector, vice rector, deans, and directors who represented various divisions within the university.
Four Vice Rectors on behalf of the university welcomed the team when they arrived at Malang Islamic University. Due to their ongoing Hajj trip to the holy land, the Rector of Malang Islamic University was unable to attend.
The visit went without a hitch from beginning to end thanks to the cordial treatment from Malang Islamic University. A thorough tour of the ‘D-Campus’ was given to the team from Alma Ata University.
A souvenir exchange between the two academic institutions served as a sign of their goodwill and the symbol of the cooperation with Malang Islamic University
